The service defined above will be performed by Michel POULAERT, CSP unless specified in advance, according to the conditions provided for herein.

He undertakes to solicit from the client all the information necessary for the accomplishment of his intervention. He also undertakes to inform the client of all the constraints and needs related to his mission.

PIDIMA PROD SARL and the consultant appointed for this mission will carry out the latter freely.

Under no circumstances is PIDIMA PROD SARL and / or the consultant, in any way whatsoever, subject to the client by any link of subordination.

For the realization and the duration of the mission, the customer will have as sole interlocutor a representative of PIDIMA PROD SARL.

In the event of difficulty or delay noted in the accomplishment of the mission, the customer must inform PIDIMA PROD SARL without delay.

Place of intervention

Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Fees

The customer acknowledges being informed that the fees and costs due for the performance of the service provided by the consultant will be invoiced by PIDIMA PROD SARL.

He undertakes to pay PIDIMA PROD SARL the said fees and costs as indicated on the quotation or the proforma invoice.

Confidentiality

The consultant (s) undertakes to consider as confidential, and falling within the scope of professional secrecy to which he is bound, information of all kinds relating in particular to the client's activities, his organization and his staff. , that the execution of the intervention would bring him to know.

He undertakes through PIDIMA PROD SARL not to disclose said confidential information, except with the express prior written authorization of the customer and in any event, to respect this confidentiality clause as long as said information has not been brought to the attention of third parties by the customer himself.

Ownership of studies and preparatory briefings

It is expressly stipulated that PIDIMA PROD SARL may not use the results of the mission for purposes other than those decided by the client.

Responsibility - obligation of means

PIDIMA PROD SARL disclaims all liability in the event that the client does not provide the consultant with all the information necessary for the performance of his mission. The contract does not establish any relationship of subordination, confers any mandate on it, nor does it create any joint venture or association between PIDIMA PROD SARL and the client.

PIDIMA PROD SARL will in no case be involved in the management of the client's affairs.

Entire mission contract

The assignment contract and its appendices express all the obligations of the parties, cancel and replace any prior agreement, correspondence or writings.

Termination / Postponement

A mission can only be terminated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt by one or other of the parties under the following conditions:

° Before the start of the execution of the mission, respecting the notice indicated above.

° Any termination will be invoiced at 30% of the amount of the service.

It may be recommended to provide for the possibility of using videoconferencing or teleconferencing means to carry out the requested assignment.

In all cases, PIDIMA PROD SARL will make the necessary arrangements for invoicing the work already carried out and / or the expenses incurred with a view to carrying out the intervention.

Applicable law - Possible disputes

The law applicable to contracts is French law.

Any difference arising from this contract will be submitted, in the absence of an amicable agreement, to the competent courts of the head office of PIDIMA PROD SARL.

Article 14: Seminars & Events

The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of damage, loss or theft of equipment occurring during a seminar or event, nor bodily injury or accidents.

Participants agree that the images (photos and videos) taken during the seminar or event will be made public, commercially or otherwise.

Article 15: Protection of personal data
