The Speaker

For more than 35 years, Michel has spoken in public with a disconcerting power. While still a child, a Freinet type of teaching revealed his ability to speak with conviction. At the same time, he grew up in the American culture and was fascinated by these great inspiring ans spiritual speakers.

At the age of 12, he was already addressing congregations of several hundred people. From the age of 14 he was involved in theater and music. His taste for the stage gradually developed.
Since then, he has been combining all these skills in the service of motivation, positive influence, inspiration and entertainment coupled with high added value content.


As an eternally curious person, and always in the concern of feeding his conferences with relevant and surprising sources, he still feeds himself with the most recent studies and researches in terms of neurosciences, cognitive and behavioral sciences and genetics in order to popularize these discoveries and make them pragmatic. 
Since 2006 he has chosen to become a motivational and inspirational speaker, a profession that allows him to express all his skills and creativity in the service of memorable, funny and surprising messages.
With a hundred conferences a year, he is one of the most sought after speakers in France.


In 2020 he obtained the prestigious American certification "CSP", an accomplishment for a professional speaker.

The Sales Manager

According to him, being an entrepreneur is mostly a question of a state of mind. He was one of those employees who invested themselves as if it was their own business.

This dynamism, his enthusiasm and his vision of management allowed him, at the age of 20, to be at the head of a team of 6 coworkers. Then, successively in the different companies in which he was involved, sometimes in the petrochemical industry, sometimes in the prospecting and sales in the automotive industry, he always led his teams by example and the desire to serve them and satisfy his customers.


Confidence, authenticity, optimism, audacity, a sense of winning and humor have always dictated his approach and his commercial actions.
His greatest career was spent in a Dutch multinational company for almost 20 years. As a sales and market development manager, he was for several years the best salesman in the group.
His approach to sales and service inspired many of his colleagues.
A man of the field, his customers were always at the center of his interests. 


In prospecting, he tested different approaches that focused on the customer above all. According to him, the more pleasantly you surprise a customer, the stronger the bond will be. 

For him, if you take care of your customer as if he were a friend, you will feel less need to sell because it is the customer himself who will come to buy!

The eldest of a family of 8 children, he developed very early on the qualities that have made him the man he is today.
Sense of responsibility, commitment, autonomy and resourcefulness, this position in the siblings had its advantages!

At the elementary school he developed his sense of creativity and ability to speak. Since he did not suffer from shyness, he was often the spokesman for his classmates, the confidant, the leader of the game or even the class president. His boundless enthusiasm and strength of conviction made him a natural leader and follower.

He was a scout leader and shaped his teenage years and his sense of leadership with the standards of a boy scout. At the age of 12, he was the leader of his team. For him, this was a responsibility that he took very seriously: he had to be an example!

He got his taste for trade from his mother, whom he saw negotiating prices in the markets. Then, once a year, he loved to sell his old toys and clothes at the annual flea markets. As a teenager, he displayed ingenuity when faced with the negotiations of his "customers". He quickly acquired a taste for this game of sales.

He owes his sense of humor to his father and grandfather who softened all their trials with humor and self-mockery.
His high school education was in art and mechanics.
His parents were positive people, convinced that "there was always a solution".


Internships in the editorial office of a major Belgian magazine will make him earn some letters of nobility by taking his first steps in writing press articles. His taste for writing will be revealed and will persist to this day through all his articles on his blog "sourcedoptimisme.com" and his latest book "Pour Réussir Osez Échouer".


His love of images and video comes from his father who entrusted him with his Super 8 camera and then his Camcorders. Today, this taste for beautiful images is found in his videos published on his Youtube channel (more than 10K subscribers).
